K1 Speed - Indoor Go Karts, Corporate Event Venue, Team Building Activities

Super fun! Carts seemed in relatively good condition and were pretty quick. Apparently the more you race the faster they will make your cart if you are a good driver which is kind of cool. My only complaint was the price. $50 for 2 races? The required $7 fee for a "Membership"? Disney is $105 for a DAY pass. 2 races took about 20 minutes. $114 for 2 people to have fun for 20 minutes is a terrible value. People would feel more inclined to stay and race more if the price was justified.

*ON MY HONOR THIS IS NOT A ‘KAREN’ REVIEW* We decided to go here and my son was so excited. They require kids to be at least 48” regardless of age. We went inside and the attendant and I measured my son he was absolutely, without a doubt 48 1/2”. I measured him multiple times. The attendant said he had to talk to someone. He took my son to the ‘someone’ and came back and told us “yeah he’s just too short, maybe wait a few weeks.” Which was a weird thing for several reasons. I measured him one more time - 48 1/2”. My wife and I looked around perplexed as we walked out - my son didn’t even know or understand- and was totally heartbroken. We went to the car and I decided to call them to talk to the manager. The number sent us to some national line for all K1 Speed locations. I told her what was going on and she put me on hold and said she’d call them. We could still see through the front door of the K1 place and there were three workers there just talking. The lady came back on the line and said “no one is answering you can call back and hit 5.” I called back and the phone rang and rang and rang as I saw these guys just standing there. Listen, I HATE giving one star reviews but I really cannot even justify giving two. Here’s the deal: ya say ya have to be 48” - then let kids who are 48” or above race. I think that’s how math works? Maybe you guys should check it out. Worst part is we are on vacation but we will be moving here soon and we won’t be coming back. This was a failure on so many levels and a truly negatively surreal experience.

went with some friends for my husband's birthday and it was so much fun! staff was friendly and helpful (especially the person at the front desk), facility was clean, racing was super fun and my husband even got a free race for his birthday! we didn't book ahead of time - we just showed up and were able to get in two races back to back. we will definitely be back!
